Loansome Doc is the ordering feature of the National Library of Medicine’s PubMed database. It allows users unaffiliated with WVU to order copies of journal articles online. Your orders are routed to the WVU Health Sciences Library where the requested articles are scanned and emailed to you within 1-3 working days. Other methods of delivery (mail, fax, pickup) are available.
Any request that cannot be filled by our library will be referred to another lending institution or document delivery supplier in the region (unless you indicate otherwise on your registration form); referrals usually take 3-5 working days. More information on Loansome Doc is available from the National Library of Medicine.
How much does it cost?
