Multimedia Workstations Use Guidelines
- If you are not using the equipment or multimedia software available on a particular computer and another person needs to use it, you may be asked to move to a different computer. For example, if you are using a computer with a scanner but aren't scanning, you might be asked to use another computer or log out temporarily while another person uses the scanner.
- You must save your work to a flash drive or other storage device. Material saved to the multimedia workstation will be deleted after you log out.
- Please see also the West Virginia University Libraries' Electronic Information Policy for Library Users and West Virginia University's Acceptable Use of Data and Technology Resources policy.
